Get Started with LiveTap

1. Download the Live Payments LiveTap app from the Google Play Store.

2. Sign in using your Live Payments username and password.

3. Choose where you want the verification code to be sent (both email and mobile available).

4. In the LiveTap verification fields, enter the one-time verification code that was sent to you.

5. You will then be prompted to set up a quick access 4-digit pin.

The first time you start a shift you must add the details of your Taxi ID:

1. From the Menu section of the Nav Bar click on Edit on the Taxi Button.

2. Key in your Taxi ID. There is no need to key in Driver ID or Network ID.

3. Select Update.

Note: You can update your Taxi ID at the start of any shift. This is useful if you are driving multiple vehicles.
