Process a Refund (LiveTap)

Refunds (both full and partial) in LiveTap can only be processed via the original transaction. Standalone transactions are not available.

1. From the History click on the transaction you wish to refund.

2. Press Refund.

3. You can choose to process a full or partial refund.

Note: You can process multiple partial refunds until the full sale amount is reached.
