Order Paper Rolls for Terminals

To make sure you do not run out of stock, you can order paper rolls and other necessary supplies directly from the portal without needing to contact support. Here is how:

1. Log in to Live Payments Merchant Portal.

2. Head to Shop in your portal and select Paper Rolls.

3. You can also adjust the shipping address as needed.

4. Submit the order.

Note: Paper rolls are packaged in sets of 5, so quantities are in multiples of 5. For example, if you need 10 rolls, select a quantity of 2; if you need 25 rolls, select 5.
