Initial Terminal Login

After powering up your Live Payments PAX A920pro, a Login screen will appear.

Live Payments recommends maintaining the current default credentials, as new user features will be released shortly.

1. Input Default User Credentials:

   • User ID: 1234

   • Password: 567890

2. Check the Save Credentials checkbox - This will make the terminal auto-login each time and you will not need to see this screen again (unless logged out).

3. Enter New Password: Live Payments recommends utilising the default credentials at this point; therefore input: 567890

4. Re-Enter New Password: Reenter: 567890

5. Password will now show changed, and move to the payments screen.

If you forget your password:

1. Please check the default credentials above.

2. If you are still unable to login, please contact Live Payments helpdesk on 1300 780 788.
