Damaged Terminal Process
If your terminal is damaged, we will send a replacement straight away to minimise downtime. The damaged terminal must be returned for assessment.
Assessment Outcome
If the terminal can be repaired, a repair fee will apply.
If the terminal is beyond repair, a replacement fee will apply instead.
Fees are only applied after the assessment is complete. See our Fee Schedule.
Next Steps
We will dispatch a replacement terminal to keep you trading.
Use the prepaid satchel included with your replacement to return the damaged terminal.
Include all accessories (charger, cables).
We will assess the returned terminal and confirm any applicable fees.
