What to Do if Your Terminal is Lost

Lost Terminal Process

If your terminal is lost, please notify us immediately so we can organise a replacement and protect your account.

What We Will Do

  • Deactivate the lost terminal in our system to prevent unauthorised use.

  • Dispatch a replacement terminal immediately.

  • Apply the applicable charge in line with our Fee Schedule.

If you later locate the terminal, you may be eligible for a refund once it is returned, in good condition and verified.

Note: Merchants are responsible for maintaining insurance to cover the loss of terminals.
