Returning Your Terminal

When you no longer need your terminal - for example, if you are closing your account - it must be returned in good working condition.

Returning a Standalone Terminal

If your product is a standalone terminal, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at help@livepayments.com or call 1300 780 788.

  2. We will send you a prepaid satchel to return the terminal.

  3. If you are returning multiple terminals, we will send a satchel containing one prepaid satchel per terminal. Please package each terminal separately.

  4. Include all accessories (charger, cables).

  5. Seal the satchel and affix the prepaid shipping label.

Tip: Keeping the original packaging makes it easier to return your terminal safely.

Returning an Integrated Terminal

If your product is an integrated terminal, the return process is a little different:

  • A technician will attend your site to collect the terminals.

  • Please contact our team to arrange a collection appointment.

  • Ensure the terminals are ready with all accessories (charger, cables) when the technician attends.

Reminder: Do not send integrated terminals back via post. A technician must collect them.
